These pakorey are vegetable fritters, the best part is once you’ve learned these you can experiment with all sorts of pakorey!
Experience the magic of deep-frying a batter and that creates a delicious crunchy treat.
Pakorey are probably the number one Indian street food and are almost ALWAYS eaten with a cup of cha and a side of chutneys.
You’ll want to make sure to take our chutneys class beforehand and have them ready to dip this tasty treat.

Paneer Kebabs

This paneer is almost as beautiful as it is delectable, definitely a colourful culinary treat!
The paneer will give you a nice squeaky texture once it’s cooked, paired perfectly with some crunchy vegetables.
This is definitely one of our more social classes, since we’ll take some time hanging out while our paneer marinates before we cook it in the grill or the oven.

Stuffed Aloo Tikki

Potatoes and cheese, a combination as true as time and seen in many different forms across cultures.
An aloo tikki is a snack made with aloo (potatoes) and paneer (Indian cheese) that is spiced to perfection.
Each of these ingredients are spiced individually in order to give a complexity of flavours that you get with every bite.
