Butter Chicken - This is also known as murgh makhani, it is cooked in butter as the name suggests.

Chicken cooked in tomato gravy flavored with a variety of seasonings that may include chili powder, garlic, garam masala, ginger, coriander, and much more.

Lacchey paratha - Wholewheat flatted bread layered with butter folded inside.

Masala Chicken, Palak Paneer, and Chawal

3-4hr class | $99 per person (2 people minimum)

Masala chicken - Chicken cooked in gravy made of onions, ginger, garlic and spices. masala chicken has more of a complex, layered flavor from the spices.

Palak paneer - Palak is blanched and then cooked in spices, paneer is then added to the smooth palak

Chawal - Aromatic basmati rice with cumin seeds

Punjabi Choley-Chickpeas cooked with lots of spices and flavours 

Puri - Deep fried bread made with wholewheat flour
