Karahi Paneer and Roti
~2hr class | $50 per person (4 person minimum)
A karahi is a type of thick, circular, and deep cooking pot (similar in shape to a wok) used in Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Nepalese cuisine. This class includes paneer cooked with tomatoes, green peppers, and a blend of spices.
The paneer will be accompanied by roti, a type of whole wheat Indian flatbread. No yeast or extensive prep is required for making roti, just flour, water, and a bit of oil or butter.
*Paneer is an excellent source of protein. It is a cheese which does not need to age and you can use it to make a variety of dishes. Check out our basics classes to learn how to make paneer from scratch!

Stuffed Allo Parantha and Raita
~2hr class | $50 per person (4 person minimum)
What’s better than carbs? Carbs stuffed into more carbs! In this class, we’ll start with making a savoury spice mixture with boiled mashed potatoes, onions, and cilantro. I’ll teach you how to expertly stuff your dough in order to make a parantha (Indian flatbread) that’ll leave you licking your fingertips.
We’ll also make raita, this savoury yogurt side refreshes your palate, especially if you added a lot of heat in your paranthas. Because, what’s better than using your carbs as a vessel for dairy?

Jeera Aloo and plain Parantha
~2hr class | $50 per person (4 person minimum)
Jeera (cumin) is the star of these crispy, tangy, spicy potatoes. Forget hash browns, these will be the star of the next brunch party you host! These potatoes are cooked with spices, crisp from the outside and soft from the inside, hard to stop eating once you start. If you’re not hot on the heat, don’t worry, since this is a class you get to choose the level of spice you want.
The plain parantha is definitely not the plain jane you were imagining. This whole wheat flatbread has butter folded inside, giving you soft flaky layers that pair perfectly with the spicy crispy aloo.
